The web site will be most valuable to other runners if those who have been especially successful over an extended period will offer their own experiences and share them with the running community. Include a general profile, what you’ve learned, why you run and some examples of your best age graded races.  Stories of overcoming adversities and still continuing to run competitively would be especially useful and motivational.   

Over time we will seek out and include articles and information from a much broader base of runners.
